Branded Content Creation for Activation Events

How to profitably capture branded content from a national series of concurrent brand activation events then deliver the content quickly to event attendees and enable its spread through digital media.
AdHack Solution
Through the Job and Team Management System we sources 26 event coverage teams (copywriter, photographer and videographer — one local to each market) to do branded content creation in each of the 26 markets.
We used the Job and Team Management System’s integrated click-wrap technology to ensure creators digitally signed a non-disclosure and release agreement prior to revealing the brief, client and requirements.
In execution, we handled the full project management — assignments, logistics, asset management, creative direction, content cataloguing, screening and delivery. We acted as a single point of contact and accountability for the client, tracking progress and resolving issues as they arose.
Results
The client had original owned media for all events available within a maximum of 2 days of the event, both in source files and in editorially curated production-ready files.
This enabled them to arm their event participants with branded content and extend the live experience to drive word of mouth activity and earned media.
