Aaron Sheddrick brings a high degree of creativity, talent and industry experience to the role he fills as a producer, post-production supervisor and editor. He combines his commitment to the creative process with his technical expertise to ensure that whichever project he is representing maintains the highest degree of excellence.
Aaron started his career while attending the University of Texas at Austin, first serving as an Assistant Editor for Outreach Health Services in Austin Texas. Based on a desire to gain production experience, Aaron launched his own film company, Left Shoulder Productions, in 2002. Left Shoulder Productions, under Aaron’s leadership as Executive Producer and Editor, produced weekly broadcasts for ACAC T.V. Channel 16 in Austin.
Immediately after graduating with a B.S. in Radio, Television and Film Communication from UT, Aaron accepted a position as Manager of Post Production with Swete Post, a post-production company in New York City. In this role, he was responsible for both day-to-day operations of the editing facility, managing and leading the post-production team as well as overseeing accounting and financial records, maintenance, and management.
In addition to his production and post-production expertise, Aaron also has extensive experience in the area of editing. He has edited numerous award winning projects for companies such as e-Bay, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Sony Entertainment, Verizon, & Sun Microsystems, etc. He has also served on numerous features and broadcast programs that have gone on to air on major television networks such as HBO, IFC, PBS & Food Network; and international film festivals such as Tribeca, Locarno, Sao Paulo, etc.
