This is a storyboard concept for a series of print ads advertising condoms.  In this particular advert a skinny young man stands on a hill dressed as a Trojan soldier, the look on his face is full of satisfaction as if having just conquered a great feat.

The tagline reads "Armour your Warrior"

The series of adverts I am working on following this concept will include other forms of battle gear from different eras.  Each model and unlikely "warrior".

Problem Statement

This advert is an attempt at promoting safe sex.

By using a model that would not likely be considered a warrior, protecting yourself and your partner can make anyone feel like a warrior.

Audience would be any sexually active person with a sense of humour.

Client Context

This tag line can be used for a series of adverts to promote the condoms, all of which show an unlikely warrior dressed in some form of battle gear.

Media Context

The ad can be displayed on billboards and in magazines.

Promises

This ad promises to deliver a lighter feel to an old attempt, by adding a bit of humour to a taboo subject.

Proof

It fulfills it's promise by showing that the "dorkiest" of men can be warriors when they are armoured.

Character

The character(s) are simple everyday men, feeling they've conquered the world.  Showing that not all men who have safe sex are well built studs. 

Extensions

This ad is versatile and can appear in print, on billboards, marketing and even extended into television commercials.
