If the purpose is to encourage Gen Y to come write for and post their ideas to TNGG, I don't think this ad does a good job of expressing that. It does a great job as a stand-alone ad for TNGG for others interested in learning more about TNGG, but it's not speaking to the desired audience: potential TNGG contributers, and certainly doesn't act as a call to action.

I agree with Carlee. You should get the actors to clearly state that you want them to go to TNGG's site and write articles pertaining to the topic. The call to action needs to be clear. Let's not beat around the bush here- subtlety is not something young people "get".
