I think you need to include the URL techvibes.com and there's some inconsistency to the letter spacing on the left list, particularly with 'Blogs' and 'Maps.' Blogs looks like it has more space between letters than the rest of the words in the list, and Maps looks consistent with the rest of the words in the list. It may be just my eye or the background of circles that highlights the 'o' in 'Blogs.'

Looks good - one comment. No need to mention 'Maps' in the list of site features. The five main elements (and how we refer to them) are as follows:
Blog
Events or "Events Calendar"
Jobs or "Job Board"
Directory or "Company Directory"
Forum
And I agree with James - need the full url on there somewhere.
