This is a spec ad I did for REMAX (8.5"x11"). Most Remax Ads feature a picture of the real-estate agents and are quite bland and ordinary. Research shows that buyers and sellers see all realtors as the same. Here I decided to take a more humorous approach, and address REMAX as a whole. I proposed a new brand positioning for REMAX : The Great Locations People.
