Tiger Woods not usable

Hi Damian,

This is an interesting concept but there are at minimum 2 big problems:

  1. the client could never use because it has Tiger Woods image as an endorsement but he's not agreed to endorse the product.
  2. the deadline for the Prive-Swiss commission has closed.

As a follow-on concerns: do you have rights to use this image in your ad? We need you to have rights to use all assets in your work in order for it to be salable.

Thanks for working hard and creating this ad. The layout, use of space and overall feel are very nice.
