Some poor guy has been all over the news for getting caught in a chair lift, somehow stripped of his snow pants and left dangling for over seven minuets. Longest 7 minuets ever. Anyways, I saw a collection of larger sized photos at The Smoking Gun and couldn't help but make this.

You can't sell that ad

Unless you took that photograph (which you've stated you did not), or purchased it from the photographer - who then agreed to allow you to gallivant it around for a profit without any further payment - you cannot, legally or ethically, sell this.

AdHack > It would be very wise to have a disclaimer Big and Bold in a place that EVERYONE CAN SEE that warns soliciters that only original artwork can be sold. That "royalty free" isn't free. That Google Images is not a stock photography library. That 72 DPI isn't fit to print. And that everyone who contributed to their ad (writer, designer, photographyer, typographer, ect.) needs credit as well as payment.

Thank you for the concern

Thank you for the concern Ian, I am an administrator on this site and we used this ad as a test on our development site. Seems the settings were ported over by mistake. The ad is not for sale for the exact reasons you mentioned and I have corrected the issue. It is for display purpose only.

Also, no ads on the site will ever display in 300 DPI, even if we have the assets. This is to prevent people freely taking print ready work. We are aware that 72 DPI web images are not print ready.

In regards to stock photos, we provide many resources that do provide free and royalty free photos and have never implied that google images are open source or royalty free.

We are in the process of overhauling our upload process to further highlight and explain when it is, and is not acceptable to mark an ad for sale and set a price. But this information is currently availible to both buyers and sellers.

Thank you for the feedback! If you have more please contact us. We're always looking for suggestions on improving the site.

Once someone has been

Once someone has been established as a celebrity, it is by no means certain that they will remain as such. The celebrity news services are fickle, and will drop one celebrity more often than not.
