Emergency Prepardness Week
See full size
This is the first of two ads for Vancouver's Emergency Prepardeness Week. The premise is that our hero is wearing a life jacket in any situation,in this case high fashion, even though it may be comical, because there is nothing silly about being prepared.

Very funny concept.

Also, you could even setup a store window display and just put life jackets on all the manikins and have the same text as this ad.
I'm not too hot on the big black call to action at the top. I think it spoils the joke to early.
I think if the call to action was a little more subtle and below the silly photo, the viewer would feel a little more rewarded with the punchline.
Awesome concept I think it makes for a great campaign. I'd definitely like to see this developed a bit more!
